2015 Chardonnay

This wine is pale straw gold in color with complex aromas that mesmerize your senses from first encounter. Its aromatics of citrus, Asian pear, honeydew melon and apple are followed by hints of slate and sea salt that invite you to delve into this wine. The natural balance, complexity and elegance of fruit can be attributed to the beauty in the Dijon Clones 76 and 96 and are accompanied with the sandy soils from the vineyard. The maritime influence highlights the lively crisp acidity and purity of fruit. The smooth rich texture elevates the mid-palate and heightens your senses. Lees stirring transcends this wine into a greater dimension. Neutral oak aging and no malolactic fermentation gives a complex round mouth feel that leads you directly into a long creamy yet vibrant finish.

2016 Sauvignon Blanc

This pale lemon colored wine is expressly aromatic yet balanced with layers of structure and complexity. Initial aromatics show hints of elderberry flowers, Asian pear, green apple, honeydew melon and lime. The medium acidity cuts through a collection of grapefruit and herbs and leaves your palate coated with a pool of minerality. The creamy texture in the mid palate is derived from months of aging on lees and provides this delicate wine with a touch of power and length in both the nose and palate. The layers of stone fruits, guava and passion fruits are blanketed by a complex and long elevated finish. This wine is rich and bright yet lively and elegant.

2015 T’aya

“Abalone Shell” in the Native language of Samala. This Southern Rhone style blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc shows upfront aromatics of melon, pear, white peach, and honeysuckle, with hints of chamomile.  The mid-palate is perfectly balanced between a racy acidity, minerality and rich creamy flavors.  On the palate this wine is complex with layers of white floral, beeswax, citrus and stone fruits.  This wine highlights the freshness of the stone fruits, intricacies of lees aging and depth in the finish.

2014 Spe’y

“Flower” in the Native language of Samala.

This blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignane shares several characteristics with the 2013 Spe’y. It is a deep colored wine that has an aromatic profile bursting with blueberries, violets, truffle oil, cinnamon, and traces of coffee and perfume. The palate is medium bodied; yet balanced with a spicy complexity and hints of candied blueberries and rose petals. The beautifully rich mid palate is poised with a bright acidity and elongated with multidimensional round tannins to linger on your tongue.
