2019 Sauvignon Blanc

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a pale lemon colored wine that highlights bright aromatics of passionfruit, guava, lemongrass, lemon curd and gooseberry. The palate is bright and yet mouth-filling, with flavors of crisp ripe apple, prickly pear and white peach, while minerality drives the bright acidity. The creamy texture leads to a clean, long finish leaving you with mouth watering lingering notes.

2019 Grenache Rosé

Grenache grapes are all that are used to create this pale pink salmon colored wine. The tantalizing aromas of strawberry, melon, rose petal, and white peach are complimented with a mouth quenching acidity. With its fresh, bright, dry style, the flavors of cantaloupe and ruby red grapefruit play on the palate. This southern Rhone style blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc highlights bright aromatics of zesty citrus, Asian pear, and honeysuckle with hints of chamomile and white peach. The mid-palate is a perfect balance of acidity, oily minerality, and rich creamy flavors. On the palate this wine shows a dynamic contrast of salinity mixed with bright acidity that showcases the layers of vanilla bean, white orchid, beeswax, and stone fruits. The freshness and intricacies from lees aging provides a depth through the entire finish.

2017 Chardonnay
