This non-vintage Red Table Wine is comprised of intense aromatics of black cherry, violet and black currant. The palate shows notes of black currant and smooth, dark berry flavors balanced by bright acidity and refined tannins. The mid-palate highlights rustic herbaciousness, splashes of spice and savory bacon with a bright and complex finish that lingers on your tongue with glimmers of red plum and minerality.

What makes this Red Table Wine so special is that it can pair with spicy flavors as well as rich bold flavors. The smooth integrated tannins on this wine will pair perfectly with a venison chili verde all the way to a brown sugar smoked salmon with a spinach salad. One of our favorite dishes with this wine however is Coq Au Vin; the fragrant sauce and the opulent rusticity of this wine merry together perfectly for a wonderful experience.
